Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are allowed ONLY on non customized merchandise. You must contact us for an RMA prior to making a return, and you are responsible for return shipping.

Damaged Merchandise

If your order is damaged in transit, PLEASE notify us immediately! Each shipment is insured, but we must go through the proper channels with USPS to get reimbursed. I will send out new merchandise as soon as your notify me of the problem. Please take pictures and upload those as well. We will need those when we contact the carrier.

Your Satisfaction

As a creator and a maker, I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from me, even if it's at an in-person event, or from my online store. If you are not happy with your purchase, please reach out to me. I am a real person, not a huge company, or another customer service worker. I am the one that makes your product, packages your product, and takes the package to my local post office to be shipped.
